As Women’s Day approaches, I reflect on the journey of women in South Africa. Despite progress, many still face gender-based violence and inequality. But I’m proud to be part of Albatross Group, where we empower women every day.
Our zero-tolerance policy towards domestic violence and commitment to equal opportunities create a safe and supportive working environment. Through Albatross Care, we support women, provide opportunities for growth, and strive to be part of the solution.
As we are about to celebrate Women’s Day, let’s come together to demand change,not just on the 9th August but everyday. Let’s challenge the status quo, break the silence, and support one another in the fight against GBV.
We need to work together everyday to create a working environment where women can thrive without fear. Let’s empower women, support survivors, and demand justice. Together, we can build a brighter future for all.
